PADI Assistant Instructor

This course begins the PADI Instructor Development process and is scheduled during the first 5 days of our Instructor Development Course (IDC).
It is designed for PADI Divemasters (or any qualifying certification from another training organizations) who would like to expand their knowledge, skills and duties as a more valuable instructional assistant and assume limited teaching responsibilities.

IDC-prep1The PADI AI course takes PADI Divemaster training a step further by teaching these certified assistants how to introduce new knowledge and skills independently, or with minimal supervision, and learn to conduct additional PADI programs.
Throughout this 5-day course, you will be introduced to teaching techniques to conduct meaningful knowledge development sessions, confined water training and open water training dives. This course is a great way to gain experience in order to become an Open Water Scuba Instructor.
